Q Do you provide guarantees for the products?

A Yes, we provide warranty service for our products.
Q Can I print my logo on the product?

A Yes. Please inform us formally before production, and firstly confirm the design based on our samples.
Q How do you ship the goods and how long will it take to arrive?

A We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea transportation are also optional.
Q Do you have a minimum order quantity restriction on the order of track and accessories ?

A Track is at full carton, no limit on the accessories. For sample testing, one piece can be provided for inspection.
Q What about the delivery time?

A It takes 1-2 days for samples and 3-6 days 1-3 weeks for bulk orders.
Q Can I order samples?

A Yes, we welcome to order samples to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
